At the House of Lentils we like to keep things simple and straight.

For us, Quality means doing things right, the first time.
In our business, we make sure all our collaborators understand this simple concept of Quality: know what you are doing and do it right, the first time.

How do we achieve Quality in our operations, in practical terms?

We perform a thorough analysis of our Business Process and break that process into a chain of activities and sub-activities.

For the activities under our direct supervision, we get to this level of understanding of Quality, by training our collaborators in work procedures and by constantly improving on these procedures.
For the other outsourced activities, we monitor and control our contractor’s work procedures and try to improve on them where necessary.

In operating this way, and by keeping things simple, we save time and money, reduce costs and eliminate waste. This satisfies all stakeholders in our trade: Suppliers, Contractors, Employees and Customers.

At the House of Lentils, Quality is embedded in our daily work. It is the way we conduct our business ..and it shows in our service to customers and in our products.

At the House of Lentils, we don’t talk about Quality, like others do .. We mean it .
